As independent any instructor would know, working by yourself has its hurdles. It is not as easy as getting your certificate and teaching customers. In order to be successful, you will need to market yourself to obtain clients, manage bookings whilst teaching another, dealing with last minute cancellations all whilst trying to balance your day by driving in peak hour traffic and busy roads. You are essentially maintaining a business whilst teaching how people how to drive.
Here at HIENZ Driving School, we have dealt with the business side so that our instructors are able to focus on the lesson and be more present minded, we have relied on working hard in the background so that both student and instructors can.
Our goal is to produce safer drivers with a high success rate, we have already achieved that by allowing our instructors to focus on the lesson at hand without any distraction, we have built a respectable name that has been running for over 30 years.
Our online booking system is easy for customers to access and book lessons at any time of the day and we have a strong focus on marketing. We have great company value and currently have a team of 6 people who work hard and have a lot of experience, their diaries are filled, they do not have to worry about anything else but teaching as we have dealt with the rest. We are looking for instructors who would be interested in joining our team; we will work hard for you, as your success is also ours.
