Follow these 5 steps

First: log in. Open the HIENZ website and choose Login. On a phone, open the ☰ menu first. Use the account that bought the voucher.

    Find your voucher

    Open Bookings. Find Available Prepaids. Tap Gift beside your voucher.

    Choose your gift

    Select the lessons to give. Choose a certificate design, if shown. Add a short message.

    Add their details

    Enter the receiver’s name, mobile and email. Check the spelling. Tap Create a Gift Prepaid.

    Check and confirm

    Check the gift and receiver’s name. If correct, tap Yes, Create a Gift PrePaid.

    Send or print

    Tap Email Certificate to send it. Or choose Download Certificate to print it.

Need a little help?

Where is my money voucher?

Monetary gift vouchers are held as account credit. If you only see an account balance, contact HIENZ for help sending the gift.

Can I keep the gift a surprise?

Yes. Creating the gift does not notify the receiver. Choose when to send or give them the certificate.

What if I cannot find Gift?

Contact HIENZ with your purchase reference and the receiver’s details. We can help arrange the transfer.
