About Ian (Trung)

Ian Tran, also known as Trung Tran, is the founder of HIENZ Driving School and an experienced automatic driving instructor. He Established HIENZ Driving School in Melbourne in 1991 and has spent more than three decades helping learners drivers develop safer driving habits, confidence and practical road skills.
Ian now provides automatic driving lessons across selected areas of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. His lessons are practical and focused, help learners understand not only what they need to do, but also why correct observation, road positioning, speed management and traffic judgement are important for safe independent driving.
He works with beginners,nervous learners and drivers preparing for their practical driving test. Training can include lane changing, merging,intersections, roundabout,parking manoeuvres, reversing, hazard awareness and test preparation.
Ian can provide instruction in both English and Vietnamese, making lessons easier to understand for learners who are more comfortable communicating in Vietnamese.
His goal is to help every learner become a safer, more confident and more independent driver - not simply to pass the driving test.
