Support your people with practical driving skills
Help a staff member or client take their next step towards confident, independent driving. HIENZ Driving School offers automatic driving lessons and monetary gift vouchers for organisations supporting learners in Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Whether you are recognising an employee, giving a Christmas gift or helping a client work towards their licence, choose support that suits your budget and their learning goals.
A practical choice for staff and clients
Staff recognition
Celebrate birthdays, achievements, workplace milestones and Christmas with credit towards driving lessons.
Client support
Help learners develop the driving skills that can support access to work, study and everyday activities.
Community programs
Include driving lessons in a learner-support program, with a clear budget and records of your purchases.
Before purchasing, check the learner's suburb, the available services and instructor availability. Lessons are offered within HIENZ service areas.
Choose a budget that suits you
Driving lesson gift vouchers from $100 to $500
Choose from published voucher values of $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350, $400, $450 and $500 as they become available in our online store.
Monetary vouchers provide dollar credit rather than a fixed number of lessons. Recipients can put that credit towards available automatic lessons, parking practice, refresher lessons or driving test preparation.
- Choose different voucher values for different recipients.
- Use credit across eligible bookings until the balance is spent or expires.
- Pay the difference if a booking costs more than the available credit.
- Plan ahead with 36 months' validity from purchase.
Lesson prices at the time of booking apply. Transferring a voucher does not restart its expiry period.
Getting started
Create your organisation account
Create your organisation account as part of your first voucher purchase or lesson booking. Choose one of the options below to begin.
Have your organisation name, account manager's contact details and the first recipient's name, mobile number and email address ready.
- Start a purchase or booking. Choose a voucher from the online store or an available lesson.
- Select Corporate if shown. This option appears when online organisation registration is enabled.
- Enter the requested details. Complete the organisation, account manager and recipient fields.
- Review and complete the transaction. Follow the payment instructions. After setup, sign in to manage your organisation.
Already registered? Sign in to your existing account. A personal account does not automatically give you organisation administrator access. If Corporate or My Organisation is missing, do not create duplicate accounts.
Buy vouchers for several people
- Make a recipient list. Record each person's name, email, mobile number and intended voucher value.
- Sign in before purchasing. Use the account that should hold the purchase and invoice records.
- Choose the vouchers. Add the required products and quantities using the product page controls. Review the items and total in your cart.
- Check the recipient details. Follow the recipient or gifting options available for the product. Do not assume that buying several vouchers automatically distributes the credit.
- Complete payment and keep the confirmation. Confirm each recipient's allocation before they make a booking.
Budget example: Five $100 vouchers provide $500 of credit in total, intended as $100 for each of five recipients. The purchase and allocation steps must both be completed.
Give the right voucher to the right person
Monetary gift vouchers: these hold a dollar value as account credit. Use the gifting instructions that apply to monetary credit. Sending a voucher image or invoice alone does not move the credit to another account.
Prepaid lesson vouchers: these represent particular services or lesson durations. An authorised organisation administrator can use My Organisation → Assign, where available, to select the quantity and a recipient within the organisation.
The prepaid Assign process should not be assumed to work for monetary credit. Check the voucher type before following transfer instructions.
Manage learners and bookings
Once organisation administrator access is active, open My Organisation to manage associated clients.
- Search for an existing client before adding another record.
- Add new clients using their name, mobile number and email.
- Select a client and choose Book to arrange an available lesson.
- Review their current and previous bookings.
- Use the login invitation option if the learner will manage their own bookings.
Check the learner's availability, pickup details and lesson needs before confirming a booking. Make sure they receive the booking information and understand the cancellation terms.
Find invoices and purchase records
Organisation records
Open My Organisation → History for transactions, paid invoices, outstanding payments and downloadable booking records.
Personal purchases
Open My Profile → Purchases to view purchases made through your personal account and download paid invoices.
Booking invoices
Find the relevant booking and use its invoice option. Outstanding invoices may show a Pay Now button.
Keep the account and recipient details consistent so your team can match each purchase, payment and booking to the correct person.
Payment options
- Credit card: pay online through the checkout.
- PayID: follow the payment instructions and include the requested reference.
- Cash to the instructor: pay before the lesson and identify the purchase or booking so payment is recorded correctly.
Credit becomes available after payment is received and processed. Creating an organisation account does not automatically provide a pay-later or credit-account arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
Can our organisation purchase more than one voucher?
Yes. Choose the available voucher products and quantities online. Check the cart total and complete the applicable gifting or allocation steps for each recipient.
Can recipients choose their own lessons?
Monetary credit can be used towards available services that suit the learner. Bookings depend on service-area coverage, instructor availability and current prices. A prepaid lesson voucher must match its specified service and duration.
Can we download invoices?
Yes. Paid organisation invoices are available through My Organisation → History. For personal purchases, use My Profile → Purchases.
Does buying a voucher reserve a lesson?
No. A voucher purchase and a lesson booking are separate. Choose an available lesson time and complete the booking process.
Does every account have My Organisation?
No. This area is for authorised organisation administrators. Its availability depends on the organisation account setup.
What conditions apply?
Monetary vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase. Current lesson prices, booking and cancellation terms, and the HIENZ Delivery and Refund Policy apply. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are preserved.
