What Your Voucher Includes

- Vehicle arrangements coordinated with your HIENZ instructor for the agreed test centre and appointment.
A warm-up lesson is not included. If you would like practice before your test, arrange a separate lesson or choose our Licence Test Day Package, which includes a warm-up.
Licensing authority booking, test and licence fees are separate. Purchasing this voucher does not book your official test or reserve the vehicle.

Confirm Availability Before You Buy
Contact HIENZ with your test centre, date and appointment time before purchasing. We will check instructor and vehicle availability and confirm whether the 60-minute hire suits your appointment.
Agree on the meeting location and arrival time with your instructor. Confirm any pickup, return travel or additional time needed before buying, including whether these arrangements involve a separate charge.

How to Arrange Your Test Car Hire
- Contact HIENZ. Provide your proposed or booked test details and confirm vehicle availability.
- Confirm your official test. Arrange the appointment with your licensing authority and share the booking details with HIENZ.
- Purchase your voucher. Sign in or create your HIENZ account and complete payment once the arrangements are agreed.
- Confirm the vehicle booking. Check that your instructor has reserved the car for your test. Contact HIENZ if your prepaid voucher does not appear before making another payment.
- Prepare for test day. Check your licensing authority's eligibility and document requirements. Bring the required documents and arrive at the agreed meeting time.

Payment Options
- Credit card: Pay securely online. No credit-card surcharge applies.
- Afterpay: Select this option if available at checkout.
- Cash: Arrange car hire payment with HIENZ before your appointment.
- PayID: Pay to 0481 216 768 and use your phone number as the payment reference.
Cash and PayID payments have no surcharge. Your car hire is prepaid only once full payment has been received and recorded.

Voucher Validity and Booking Conditions
- Includes 60-minute use of our automatic driving school vehicle for one practical driving test appointment.
- Valid for 36 months from the purchase date.
- Subject to instructor and vehicle availability, service-area coverage and confirmation of your test-day arrangements.
- Warm-up lessons, licensing authority fees and repeat test appointments are not included.
- If your official test time changes or your test is cancelled, notify HIENZ promptly so we can review your instructor and vehicle booking.
- Booking changes and cancellations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
- Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered. Requests for a discretionary refund of an unused purchase may be considered within 30 days. If approved, a fee of up to $20 may apply, limited to reasonable administration costs and only where lawful.
- If HIENZ cannot provide the purchased service in your agreed area within the agreed time, or a reasonable time where none was agreed, you may request a refund for the unused service without an administration fee.
- Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. No administration fee applies to refunds required by law.
