How to use your $150 credit

  1. Purchase your voucher. Once payment has been received and processed, the voucher value is added as account credit.
  2. Sign in and choose a lesson. Select a suitable service, available instructor and booking time.
  3. Use your available credit. Where online account-balance payments are enabled, the available balance is automatically applied to the lesson booking.
  4. Pay any difference. If the booking costs more than your balance, pay the remaining amount. If it costs less, keep the unused credit for another eligible booking before expiry.

Example: If you use $80 from a $150 voucher, you have $70 remaining. This is an example only; current lesson prices apply when you book.

Giving the voucher to someone else?

Have the recipient's name, mobile number and email address ready. Our gift voucher guide explains the available gifting options and how to arrange the gift for the correct person.

Sending the voucher image alone does not transfer account credit. Follow the guide for the type of voucher you purchased. Monetary credit and prepaid lesson vouchers may use different processes.

Voucher credit becomes available after payment has been received and processed. Placing an unpaid order does not make the credit available to spend.

Buying for several staff members or clients? Our organisation guide explains how to set up your HIENZ account, purchase vouchers, manage associated learners and find your invoices.

Organisation registration takes place during a purchase or booking when the Corporate option is available. Have your organisation name, account manager's contact details and the recipient's details ready. If you already have an account, sign in before purchasing.

Once organisation administrator access is active, use My Organisation to manage associated clients and bookings, and My Organisation → History for transaction records and paid invoices. Personal purchase invoices remain under My Profile → Purchases.

Follow the gifting instructions for your voucher type. Purchasing multiple monetary vouchers does not automatically distribute credit to recipients.

Good to know before you buy

Does this voucher include a fixed number of lessons?

No. It provides $150 in monetary credit. The lesson prices in effect when you book determine how much credit each booking uses.

How long is the voucher valid?

The voucher is valid for 36 months from purchase. Transferring it to another person does not restart the original expiry period.

What happens if lesson prices change?

The unused dollar value remains available until expiry. For example, an unused $150 voucher still provides $150 credit, but the amount of lesson time it buys may change with lesson prices.

Can I use it for a lesson costing more than $150?

Yes. Apply the available credit and pay the remaining amount.

Can I give it for an occasion other than Christmas?

Yes. It is suitable for birthdays, graduations, achievements, staff recognition, client support or any occasion you would like to celebrate.

Which booking and refund conditions apply?

Bookings are subject to service-area coverage, instructor availability and HIENZ booking and cancellation terms. Refunds are subject to the HIENZ Delivery and Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
